Report directly to Local Manager

📅 Work Schedule

Team Drivers:

Typically 6 days out with weekly DOT resets or 4 weeks out and 1 week home. Stand-by for next dispatch after reset. Trips may be extended based on driver requests or company operational needs.

Solo Drivers:

Night shifts with consistent solo linehaul operations.

Routes and schedules vary depending on dispatch needs and terminal location. Typical shifts may extend up to DOT limits based on operational demand.

🚛 Duties

Operate CDL vehicle compliantly, hook/unhook trailers including

doubles, enter/exit FedEx facilities safely, conduct pre/post-trip

inspections, maintain logs.

📋 Employment Classification

Overtime-exempt under Fair Labor Standards Act Motor Carrier

Exemption.

✅ Requirements

Class A CDL with 6+ months experience. Must pass road test as part of

application process.

Team Drivers:

$1,800/week minimum per driver. Paid by the mile — your hustle directly drives your paycheck.

Solo Drivers:

$0.60 per mile for solo runs

30% trip revenue for spot runs

Additional $35/day for completed 6 spots paperwork

$250 minimum daily pay when working 6+ hours
